This product is easy to use and very comfortable
This product is ideal for hot nights, you sleep more comfortable, it keeps you cool for a long period. I would definitly recommend it.

Excellent initial effect but wears off quickly.
The mat and pillow are comfortable and offer immediate cool sensation which helps you to get to sleep but the effect does not last very long. Can't say much more or be more precise because the summer has been very cool and therefore not much use for it in Jan/Feb 2013.

I found the cooling mat great. I get hot during the night and I get a better sleep. The pillow has helped my shoulders and neck. Have recomended the to people.

Not as good as I had hoped
May be good for some but not great for my husband who ended up with sores on his back from laying down even though the pads were covered

Doesn't live up to expectations
I bought this for my husband because he is staining all the pillowslips and pillows with perspiration. It is very uncomfortable to lie on, because of all the ridges and it is very hard, until it warms up and softens. He says it is like sleeping on a brick. It also moves around, because it isn't the same size as a standard pillow and has nothing to hold it in place. I wouldn't recommend it!
