My experience with this item started on a somewhat rocky road with no sound from the speakers despite following the limited help in the Instruction Booklet. However after a subsequent very welcome Help-Line return call from the Innovations Tech Guru, Warren Roach, the problem was sorted, this no thanks to the less than helpful installation instructions. At no point was it mentioned that the factory set up two core (red/black) bonded speaker wire from each speaker had to be separated/split and then individually connected to the appropriate rear panel speaker jacks. Some more informed individuals may have been aware of this needed action - I certainly did not and Page 5 of the Operating Instructions was no help. Having sorted the sound problem (thanks Warren) the unit works well in the functions used so far, though not all capabilities yet explored. The system looks good and sits unobtrusively on a display cabinet. Overall, the unit appears good value and works well.

For a small system an impressive musical output. Nice clear sound and plenty loud enough for my purposes. Been able to play records and cassettes in a very easy way. Yep good system for the price.

The complete music system had a bit of an issue, the tape deck on it didn’t work, so I had to return it, hopefully I will get a new one or they’ll repair the one I had and send it back, we’ll just have to wait and see

The only good thing about this product is that it plays LP's & cassettes. The remote is useless. The sound from the plastic speakers is poor. The whole thing is clunky. But, it plays LP's & cassettes. Otherwise I won't use it.
