  A great clock with nearly all the functions anyone would want but I was disap pointed that it is only a 24 hour clock and not a 12 hour selection. It is great in the bedroom as the radio is clear, the alarm easy to use and the brightness can be reduced so it will not disturb but can still be seen

  I am unable to make any sense of this cute little radio. No matter how hard I try it will not select anything. Plus the instruction make no sense either. Wish I could return it for a refund or swap for another easy to use radio. Not happy.

  Disappointed with instructions. Hard to read, print so small and not easy to set clock up. Having great difficulty in using it. Normally pleased with items purchased from innovations but not this time.

  Item arrived on time and in good order. However, the operating instructions need work as they are difficult to understand. For instance, in alarm mode the clock switches on in time at the appointed hour but the volume gets louder and louder, most upsetting. Suggest you get an Australian technical writer to do a review of the document.

  Unfortunately, some of the features do not respond when pushing the buttons - alarm, time, etc. Had to return the unit to Innovations and try again.

  This clock radio was exactly what I was looking as far as size and visual digits. Unfortunately I found it was too complicated to operate as the buttons were used for various functions depending how many seconds you had to hold it down. Sorry but it looks good but not user friendly.

  Difficult to operate and the alarm goes off unexpectantly at any time of the day or night. I have given up trying to use it.
