  I bought this phone for my 94 year old mother because I want to keep in touch with her but she is unable to use a normal mobile. We were able to programme my number in so there is no need for her to dial. She only has to press one button twice, my face comes up on the screen then she presses again. So far she has been able to call me, so it is simple enough for her. The phone is well made and sturdy and for the price it gives me some peace of mind.

  We found this phone difficult to text messages with. Also we could not download the QR code systems to it . It just didn’t fulfill the functions we needed. We have returned this item.
